I wish I were the sort of person that had the balls to matte finish my car.

What I've never understood is, how do you keep something like that looking remotely OK after a few years? Just keep repainting it?

My father had a Matte car. Basically he kept washing it as regularly as possible, but it eventually gets ruined. Scratches , bird crap and paint transfer.
The end result is unattractive
